The only way to add a beneficiary to the address book is by actually completing a transfer to them first. There is no option to save a beneficiary's details independently. This makes it impossible to securely verify or set up a beneficiary before making a payment. Please add a feature to save beneficiaries without having to send money first.

the worst transfer service I have ever experienced since I started using uae banking. I sent money it took two days and the money never reached up to date and when u call them. they put u on call waiting for almost 7minutes. u really need to style up😪

Worst App. Avoid Using Them. There is no customer support. They stop responding to mails. Don't resolve the issues. My transactions from year ago are no longer visible in the app and they do Nothing to resolve this. Shame on you.
